Samsung Galaxy Ring

I just spent a month with the Galaxy Ring by Samsung, and was very impressed by this device. My review unit was the silver titanium color, and I found the fit and finish to be excellent. The Samsung Galaxy Ring is a cutting-edge wearable designed to track various health metrics with precision and ease. This smart ring is equipped with advanced sensors capable of monitoring heart rate, blood oxygen levels, and sleep patterns, making it a comprehensive health companion. With a sleek, minimalist design, it offers users the ability to track their fitness and wellness without the bulk of traditional wearables like smartwatches. I found the ring to be quite comfortable, forgetting I was wearing it after just a few hours. Because it was so comfortable, I had no problem wearing it at night to test out the sleep tracking. Battery life was excellent, only needing to be charged once or so per week. Two things that I found disappointing are the inability to pair it with the Samsung Health app on an iPhone, and its lack of repairability. $400 seems steep for a one and done device. The Samsung Galaxy Ring is aimed at health-conscious Android users who want advanced biometric tracking in a discreet, stylish form factor. While it is rad, I won’t be buying one for myself. Special thanks to Samsung for loaning me a review unit!
